Returns 
Our policy lasts 24 hours of receiving your flowers. If 24 hours have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All requests must be emailed to hello@roseco.com.au

If Cancelling an order the following conditions apply -

Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 40% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of $20.00 per order.

Unfortunately, for all orders that processed are unable to cancel orders, or are with our courier for delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/vase / box as received in.
